Use of Paint Schemes
1. If an owner chooses to paint his house using exactly the same colors as the original colors, no Architectural approval is required. Any changes to the original paint colors must be submitted for Architectural review PRIOR to painting.
2. There are three (3) colors in each of the six (6) new paint schemes, a body color, a pop out color, and a trim color.
3. In each paint scheme, the lightest color is the color that should be used on the body of the house.
4. The mid-range color should be used for the pop outs on the house.
5. The darkest color should be used on the trim of the house.
6. Front doors can be painted to match the body of your house or your trim or your pop-outs, garage doors can be painted to match the body of your house or your pop-outs.
7. No two homes next door to each other can be painted the same color.
